Shipping & Lead Time

How does shipping work?

Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation of the order with UPS prepaid and fully insured Second Day Air label addressed to us. Once your ring is ready to be shipped back we will notify you by email.

We cannot ship to a PO Box, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?

For order status updates, please reply to your order confirmation email or email info@aggie.diamonds or info@aggiediamonds.com with your order number.

How long does it take for to install the Aggie Shield™ Diamond to be set and shipped?
Aggie Shield Diamonds are handcrafted, typical turnaround time is 3 weeks from the time we receive your Aggie Ring. In some cases, we may be waiting on a re-stocking Aggie Shield™ Diamonds or Aggie Maroon™ Diamonds, and in that case we will contact you and communicate the delivery timeline. 

If your ring needs resizing or shows signs of heavy wear and tear, we can resize and refinish as you desire for additional fees.  We will happily provide you a price on that as you request.Typical re-sizing costs is around $75 to $100

Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers into hand crafting each set of custom Aggie Shield™ Diamonds.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please call or email us.  We will make it right by you.
