Yes,  we only ship via UPS and your ring is insured for $2000 coming to us and $3000 on return to you.    All shipments to and from our Studios can be tracked.  You will receive email links so you can monitor the entire process.

Yes,  we use real diamonds that are Lab Grown, same as Brilliant Earth and many other fine jewelry companies.  We believe Lab Grown diamonds are the future of 95% of all fine jewelry since the look, sparkle, and brilliance of Lab Grown diamonds is at least as good as mined diamonds and usually better.   Lab diamonds are also much more environmentally friendly compared to mined diamonds.    We (as a Family) still believe in Mined and Natural diamonds for the most rare and unique diamonds, so long as they are investment grades.    

Yes, if you prefer a naturally mined diamond, please contact us for a quote and delivery.  If we get enough requests, we will add these as an option when ordering in the future. Be aware, the cost will be higher.

We currently made 2 different sized shields, Large (Men’s) and Small (Ladies) to perfectly fit the the Shield in an Aggie Ring.   The Large is ~0.30 ct and the Small is ~0.10 carats.  They vary a small amount in the cutting process.   

As we were in the development process, we learned that if you originally had a 0.25 or 0.30 ct Round (in Men’s) or 0.10 ct Round (in Ladies) installed in your ring (from the FSA), the shield was modified slightly as you can see below difference:

If your Aggie Ring was originally ordered with a the largest round diamond possible (25 and 30 pts in the Men’s ring and 10 pts in the Ladies Ring),  the standard shield was modified to be a slightly larger shield.  At this time, we do not offer these 2 special sized shields from stock, but if you want this shield made and you can be patient, we can have a special Aggie Shield™ Diamond made for your ring.   These special ordered diamonds have an additional cost of $250 and add about 3-4 weeks to your delivery (since the diamond will be custom cut for your ring).   Please contact us if you would like this option.   

Honestly, we have to tried to install one in a Polara rings so if you have one and would like our service,  please contact us and we can discuss.

Yes,   Patsy and David have filed for a Design Patent of the unique shape and facets of Aggie Shield™ Diamond, so it is pending now.    This is our first jointly filed patent, so we are excited about that!
