Adding an Aggie Diamond to your ring is a custom process and therefore It is a final sale. We pride ourselves on the quality of the materials we use and our high level of craftsmanship and it is our top priority to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order! If by any chance you are not completely satisfied we will make necessary repairs within 30 days of your receipt of your upgraded ring. Please contact us for further details at info@aggiediamonds.com

Each ring goes through a rigorous inspection upon arrival at our studio before any alterations or modifications are made to it. We will notify you if we notice any damage or issues. If you are replacing an existing stone in your Aggie ring with a patented Aggie shield diamond we will carefully remove it and return it with your finished ring, however we can not guarantee the quality, nature nor condition of it.

Gifting Aggie Diamonds Fine jewelry?

There are no refunds on Gift Certificates however, if you are not interested in upgrading your Aggie ring you may use your Gift Certificate through our parent companies www.Designova.studio or www.PatsyWesson.com

How can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation email. Cancellation must be done within 3 days of you shipping your ring to us.
